About Me:

I am a consulting soil scientist.  Although I maintain my qualifications as a professional soil classifier, I work increasingly with the more practical applications of soil science. I have been working on agricultural projects since 1979 and helping clients with agricultural utilization of land applied waste since 1989.  I graduated in 1977 with a BS in Soil and Water Science from the University of California.  I am fascinated with the promise of Terra Preta and I join the growing rank of soil scientists who have accepted Wim Soembroek's original challenge to bring the promise of Terra Preta Nova to the world.
